The butterfly effect is an extremely important principle which will seriously help you to move towards your mental goals.

The butterfly effect is basically a principle of accumulation in which small changes and things gradually create huge effects and situations over time.

1. The butterfly effect means you don't have to do too much to get mental gains.

Instead, your objective should be to stick to the basics to allow mental gains, and not to do anything which is complicated. Over time this will have a huge effect on your mind power For example, if you spend 20 minutes per day using intelligence increasing techniques, over a period of 6 months, you will have invested approximately 3360 minutes in developing your mental capacity. That is quite a lot of investment and you are sure to see huge mental changes from a mere 20 minute investment per day out of your available 24 hours.

2. The butterfly effect means you can increase your investment returns in all areas.

For example, you can make improvements in your habits, the time you spend investing, your diet, who you make friends with, what you study, the exercise you perform etc etc. All of these things are areas for investment, and even small changes and improvements in these areas will have large effects over time. Even better is that if you gear these activities towards intelligence increase, your IQ increasing efforts can be helped even more.

For example, if you apply the butterfly effect to all areas of wealth, relationships, health and happiness you will eventually end up being wealthy, prosperous and happy without a doubt, and your mind will also benefit greatly.  This happens because your mind is linked to all areas and all endeavours, so improvement in any area of life brings with it the improvement of the mind.

That's why it is important to keep your body in a healthy condition to protect your mind: when your body is healthy, your mind will be healthy as well. And when the mind is healthy, you have more control over the thoughts which occur in it. So take charge of all the areas of your life at all times, and the obedience of your mind will follow.

When you have the obedience of your mind, you are now in a position to control the mind and direct it towards where you want it to go even more. This in turn helps you to improve in all areas, which develops even more mental obedience and so on until we achieve mental perfection.
